Almost Ready for Summertime

Here is a picture from the top deck.

The last one was Monday so about a week and the leaves are really filled in now. Weather has been super for getting stuff done around the house in Millsburg.

After three weeks of pretty steady projects the place is shaping up.

The decks are all done and tomorrow we can move the chairs back out there. The coconut heads will take up summer residency starting this weekend.

The mystery seeds are getting bigger each day.... tomorrow it will come down to survival of the fittest. The plants need to be thinned out and about half will wind up in the compost bin.

While waiting for the paint to dry the old bird feeder got some new wood on the roof and an new bottom. Needs a quick coat of stain and the pig birds can resume their daily feedings.

LKD is off visiting her sister and mother. What surprises will be coming home from Trader Joes?
